Terms & Conditions

Thanks for booking with All Dogs Are Good (ABN 37 269 813 227). Before we train together, please read through the terms below—these help keep things smooth and safe for everyone.

Payment & Cancellations

  • Full payment is required when booking any session or package.

  • We’re not able to offer refunds for sessions, including packages.

  • If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice can’t be refunded or moved.

  • If you’ve booked a training package, all sessions must be used within 4 months of purchase to keep momentum going.

Our Training Approach

  • We use positive reinforcement only—no fear, pain, or force. That means no prong, choke, or shock collars, and no leash corrections or shouting.

  • Your dog should wear a flat collar or harness and be on a standard (non-retractable) leash.

  • Dogs must remain on leash unless we’ve agreed otherwise during a session.

  • If a session is disrupted by welfare or safety concerns (e.g. mistreatment, unsafe gear, aggressive behaviour), we may pause or cancel.

  • Why we include this: Training only works when everyone feels safe—especially your dog. We’ll always prioritise their wellbeing.

Health & Behaviour

  • By booking, you confirm your dog is fit to train and up to date on routine vaccinations (or has equivalent titre testing).

  • Please let us know if your dog is unwell, in heat, or showing new behaviour issues before a session.

  • If your dog has previously bitten, or is declared dangerous, menacing, or a restricted breed, you must tell us before booking. This won’t necessarily rule out training—we just need to prepare.

  • We may pause or stop a session if we have serious concerns around welfare or safety.

  • We reserve the right to cancel a session if human behaviour is inappropriate (e.g. yelling at a dog or aggression toward the trainer).

  • Why we include this: Dogs learn best when everyone feels safe and supported. If a situation compromises your dog’s wellbeing—or anyone’s safety—we may need to step in.

Emergency Veterinary Care

  • If we are working with your dog without you present (e.g. on rare occasions such as a solo training walk) and a medical emergency occurs, we’ll attempt to contact you immediately. If we cannot reach you and urgent care is needed, you authorise us to seek veterinary attention on your behalf and at your expense.

  • Why we include this: Emergencies are rare, but we want to be ready to act in your dog’s best interest if needed.

Children & Guests

  • We welcome and encourage whole families to be involved in training.

  • Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times during sessions.

  • If you'd like to bring others along, just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Training Materials

  • Any training materials, handouts, videos, or resources we provide are the property of All Dogs Are Good and for your personal use only. Please don’t copy, share, or distribute them without permission.

  • Why we include this: These materials are carefully created to support your progress and reflect our original work. Thanks for respecting that.

Clean-Up & Courtesy

  • Please bring poo bags and clean up after your dog.

  • Keep your dog at a respectful distance from others unless otherwise advised.

Photos, Video & Social Media

  • We may take photos or videos during training for educational or marketing use, including social media. Let us know if you’d prefer we didn’t include you or your dog—we’re happy to opt you out.

  • We never share identifiable images of children without guardian consent.

COVID-19 & Illness

If you’re feeling unwell or have been exposed to COVID-19, please let us know. We’ll reschedule or explore remote options where possible.

Privacy & Liability

  • We treat your personal info with care and never share it without your permission.

  • While we do our best to keep things safe, by joining a session you accept the inherent risks involved in dog training and agree not to hold us liable for injury, loss, or damage.

  • Why we include this: Dogs are individuals, and training isn’t always predictable. This protects everyone in case the unexpected happens.
