Thanks for booking with All Dogs Are Good (ABN 37 269 813 227). Before we train together, please read through the terms below. These keep things smooth and safe for everyone.

Payment and cancellations

  • Full payment is required when booking any session or package.

  • I’m not able to offer refunds for sessions, including packages.

  • If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice can’t be refunded or moved.

  • If you’ve booked a training package, all sessions must be used within 4 months of purchase to keep momentum going.

My training approach

  • I use positive reinforcement only, with no fear, pain, or force. That means no prong, choke, or shock collars, and no leash corrections or shouting.

  • I may pause or stop a session if I have concerns around the health, safety and welfare of you and/or your dog (for example, mistreatment or aggressive behaviour).

Health and behaviour

  • By booking, you confirm your dog is fit to train and up to date on routine vaccinations (or has equivalent titre testing).

  • Please let me know if your dog is unwell, in heat, or showing new behaviour issues before a session.

  • If your dog has previously bitten, or is declared dangerous, menacing, or a restricted breed, you must tell me before booking. This will not necessarily rule out training, I just need to prepare.

Online session requirements

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection, a working webcam and microphone, and enough space to set up your device so I can observe you and your dog.

  • Sessions will not be extended or refunded due to technical issues on your end such as poor internet connection.

  • If my internet connection drops, I will contact you as soon as possible and the session will either resume or be rescheduled at no extra cost.

  • Where possible, I will record parts of sessions for your personal review. These recordings are for your use only and must not be shared without permission.

Session etiquette

  • Please have plenty of your dog’s favourite treats (or toys if they’re toy-motivated) ready before we start.

  • Try to minimise distractions such as TV, radio, or phone notifications during the session.

  • Set up your camera so I can see both you and your dog clearly.

  • Keep a leash and harness handy in case we need them for demonstration or safety.

Children and guests

  • I welcome and encourage whole families to be involved in training.

  • Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult during sessions.

  • If other people will be present in the session, please let me know in advance so I can plan accordingly.

Training materials

  • Any training materials, handouts, videos, or resources I provide are the property of All Dogs Are Good and for your personal use only. Please don’t copy, share, or distribute them without permission.

Photos, video and social media

  • I may use video clips or screenshots for educational or marketing purposes, such as showing training progress. Let me know if you’d prefer I didn’t include you or your dog.

  • I never share identifiable images of children without guardian consent.

Privacy and liability

  • I treat your personal information with care and never share it without your permission.

  • While I do my best to keep things safe, by joining a session you accept the inherent risks involved in dog training and agree not to hold me liable for injury, loss, or damage.
