Puppyhood, your way.

No rigid formulas or one-size-fits-all approaches. Just thoughtful puppy education, flexible small-group classes and individual coaching that work for your puppy, your family and the life you share.

How can we give puppies a good start?

  • ♡

    Getting to know your puppy

Your puppy isn't a blank slate. They arrive with their own genetics, personality, preferences and ways of experiencing the world. I'll help you understand who they are, what makes them tick and how to support their individual needs.

  • ✳

Make the most of these early weeks

Puppies are extraordinary little learners, and these early experiences matter. I'll help you make socialisation meaningful, introducing people, places, animals and new experiences in ways that encourage curiosity rather than overwhelm.

  • 🛠

    Make everyday life easier

Biting, chewing, toileting, jumping and those mysterious bursts of evening madness. I'll share practical, positive reinforcement-based strategies to tackle the tricky stuff, while helping you understand what's driving the behaviour in the first place.

  • ⏲

    Learn each other's language

Living together is a two-way conversation. I'll help you recognise what your puppy is communicating, develop trust and cooperation, and build a relationship you both genuinely enjoy.

  • 🗺

Prepare for the dog they'll become

Puppyhood is just the beginning. From recall and settling to making good choices in exciting situations, we'll develop useful skills and learning habits that you can draw on through adolescence, adulthood and beyond.

  • ⏲

    Make it work for everyone

Your needs matter, too. I'll help you find realistic ways to support your puppy's development that fit your family, routines and priorities. Because even the best training plan is useless if it doesn't work in your actual life.

The dog part

From city apartments to muddy country paddocks, I’ve supported dogs and their people across the UK and Australia. I’m a KPA-CTP, Licensed Un-Chase!® Trainer, Certified Family Dog Mediator, Fear Free Certified Professional and a graduate of the Aggression in Dogs Master Course. I’m also a Kids Around Dogs Approved Professional, specialising in safe, positive family life with children and dogs.

My current Master’s in Anthrozoology (the study of human–animal relationships) underpins everything I do. It helps me look at the bigger picture: who your dog is, who you are, and how you can live best together.

The people part

Your dog matters. And so do you.

I have a degree in psychology and years of experience coaching and mentoring people, from dog guardians to fellow trainers and volunteer teams.

Behaviour change can be hard for both humans and dogs. My role is to make it feel doable by breaking things down into small, realistic steps. I’ll listen without judgement and help keep things on track, whether the washing is still on the line, your inbox is overflowing, or the kids are staging a mutiny at bedtime.
